Multi media collaborative group The Heliotrope Collective have gathered key members to create an immersive multimedia experiential evening that melds art, dance, storytelling, meditation, soundscapes and videoscapes. With an eye on ecology, environmental preservation, social equality and empathy.
This sensory journey is a story about a body in medical crisis. A person grappling with physical distress and displacement from her place of origin. We explore the flux between metaphors of body and landscape as vehicle for contemplating the destruction of habitat and species extinction.A crisis that affects us all.
