POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK
In light of the continuing COVID-19 outbreak and guidance from the industry, our peers, experts and officials, we will be postponing the production of THE ANTELOPE PARTY.
We are incredibly proud of the work this incredible team of artists has already done, and are gutted that we cannot share that work with the public right now. But for the sake of artists and audiences and those around us, safety and health must come first.
We must take care of each other in times like these, and Dutch Kills is committed to fully compensating the artists who have been pouring their hearts into this production.
We are in the process of reaching out to all ticket buyers, and you’ll hear from us soon. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation.

NEW YORK PREMIERE

OH MY GOD
WHAT IS IT?
I’VE NEVER BEEN SO AFRAID OF MY OWN FRIENDS
In The Antelope Party, five friends gather weekly to revel in their love of the children’s cartoon My Little Pony. But they soon find themselves caught between their innocent Brony role playing game and an increasingly dangerous outside world that keeps changing the rules.
YOU DON’T GET TO CHOOSE YOUR CUTIE MARK. IT CHOOSES YOU.
After teaming up to premiere The Sister in New York and Edinburgh, Dutch Kills is thrilled to reunite with playwright Eric John Meyer and director Jess Chayes with The Antelope Party. Continuing the work together that began with a workshop at The Lark’s Playwrights Week, Eric and Jess once again team up on a play for our times that’s as hilarious as it is unsettling. This comic drama wrestles with the importance of community and the dangers of our need to belong.
